i was contacted by this number and i was told that i was chosen for a 10,000 dollar grant. she couldn't answer when i asked her my name, and hung up the phone.
same here they keep calling eairly in the morning saying there from the government asking personall questions and its a scam dont give out your info unless you called them and you know who your really talking to trying to give out free money to 1000 people selected
Told me I paid my bills on time . Wrong . after that ,they went on , can't gamble , can't buy drugs , how do they think they could stop me ? After their bull . I just said . " Great mail it , your not getting any banking information ." A man broke in , and told her to hang up . Be very careful !
Several times one lady called me. The only time I pick up the phone it was to tell me about something from the American Government.As I have a respect of Government which sends you a mail insteed of calling you, I knew I was a scam call. And I started to behave like a person who does'nt understand English.Then I started speaking in one African language. It was a hard moment for the lady who finally hung up. Be carefull if you receive a call from that number.
i have gotten these calls for a while now and it is starting to make me really mad. at first i would answer them because i have a husband that is deployed and you never know what number will show up. but the first time they called me a couple of months ago i told them they needed to find someone else to give it too and hung up and THEY CALLED ME BACK. i again hung up on them. then about month went by and i got another call and knowing it was scam i played along for a while and the lady told me in order to get my money i had to call this other number back and give them my PIN code that she had given me. Needless to say i never called the number. they are very pushy and the minute you say something they don't like they either hang up or get real nasty to you. so i have not answered any more of these calls but they are starting to get on my last nerve. and i only get them on my cell phone they have never called my house phone. but what i want to know is how they are getting our numbers and our names. that is the real question.
