i was contacted by this number and i was told that i was chosen for a 10,000 dollar grant. she couldn't answer when i asked her my name, and hung up the phone.
They have called numerous times, I can't even understand what the fellow is saying. I have told them not to call my number, but they continue to do so.

IDIOTS called at 5:00 in the FREAKIN" morning. Scared my entire household.. They were giving their whole script about school grants. This is the 3rd morning they've called my house scaring the entire family. I told them to STOP calling, LOOSE MY NUMBER, and hung up on them. They called back at 6:00 AM and then AGAIN at 7:00 AM.. I never answered the other 2 calls.
Report them to the FTC then your state attorney general's office. They will provide you with a reference number. Legal action can be taken against them.
I received a call stating that the caller was from the US government in DC regarding a grant that I could be awarded in the amount of $8400. I informed them that I was not interested and to please remove me from their calling list.
