received same message this morning. called him right back because I had some time and wanted to F with him. answered blah, blah IRS. he asked my name & I told him Harry. he asked last name & I said Johnson. then he said he didn't want me he wanted Sandra... told him I didn't know any Sandra & he hung up
Yes! I just got this call from David Miller from the fake IRS with the Indian voice. I called back and he said IRS. I said to him, before I start having a conversation with you, I want to let you know I am recording this. Then he said exactly"This IRS You live at (my correct address)" I said That info would be public knowledge." I then told him I was from IRS and he owed me money :) And I started laughing and said you are really stupid, all of a sudden ,there was static and he hung up. So I called back, same guy answered and answered," Stop bothering me", and hung up. Well I called back over and over he stopped answering his phone. It seems to be 1 phone to person, so have fun calling him. He gets so upset when you keep calling him!
The location is in India or Pakistan more than likely. The 202 area code is Washington, D.C. but they use a masking technology to "look" like it is from within the U.S. but it isn't.
