Left 2 identical messages on voice mail today saying the IRS issued an arrest warrant for me along with my physical property, and I. must call them immediately to avoid prosecution/loss of property. I ignored them. I made a call I'd put off to make sure the IRS had deposited my refund.
I got the call on my landline, it was an oriental man talking very bad english, Saying they were from the irs. I told them to please put someone else because he had a awful accent. he hung up the phone. So I went ahead and returned the call to see if they were from the IRS. A chinese lady answered "IRS? How can I help you?" then she hung up. Then I called once more to see what would they tell me. but they already blocked my number.
