206-451-5554 called my cell phone. I didn't answer, let it go to voicemail. They left a robot-voice message saying it's the IRS with a warrant for my arrest.  Iv'e gotten these before. SCAM. Blatant violation of Do Not Call policy.  I registered my cell phone number years ago, yet still get scam phone calls.  IRS never calls. IRS will always send correspondence by mail. My tax returns are clean. SCAMMER crooks who violate Do Not Call.
