Left 2 identical messages on voice mail today saying the IRS issued an arrest warrant for me along with my physical property, and I. must call them immediately to avoid prosecution/loss of property. I ignored them. I made a call I'd put off to make sure the IRS had deposited my refund.
Threatened with arrest warrant. I said I did not receive anything in the mail. He said that documents were delivered in January and I was not there to receive them. He said they tried again in March. Same non-deliverable result. He said I would have to meet them at tax court if I did not do what he said within 3 hours. He said "I would need to hire a lawyer or CPA".I told him I was a CPA. His response - "I'll see you in tax court".

I received the same massage from an oriental type accent and said I have not file taxes from 2010 to 2014. He said if I do not pay the taxes I can loose my home to IRS.
I ask for more information of about the amount. He said 2450 dollars per year.
I said I have always filed my taxes and want proof.
He hung up.
I got the same call from a foreign voice saying that I and my property were under IRS investigation. He then wanted my number which is strange since he called me.

Received a call (left on recorder) that it was the irs from the investigation division & i needed to return asap to avoid possible loss of my property. Didn't call them back!
