Left 2 identical messages on voice mail today saying the IRS issued an arrest warrant for me along with my physical property, and I. must call them immediately to avoid prosecution/loss of property. I ignored them. I made a call I'd put off to make sure the IRS had deposited my refund.
I got that same call yesterday and I didn't answer so it went to voicemail. I received a very threatening message from the "IRS crime investigation division." I no damn well the IRS would never call plus the fact that my tax returns are all clean as a whistle. But I've been busy plotting my next move. :) I'm going to call back later and confront him or her in a very nasty manner. And I have a caller ID spoof app. So if they try blocking me, I'm gonna keep calling back using a different caller id and drive them nuts!! I'm retired and have all the time in the world to make fifty or a hundred calls if I want. There are few things in life that I hate more than scammers!!!
Received the same call. We NEVER pick up calls we don't know. They left message on answering machine about the IRS going to arrest us! Ha! Ha! Ha! This is a scam of course so people, please do not fall for this.
