I had the same exact message. I found this line is VOIP line, so highly doubtful in Seattle. I admit it did sound unnerving. I have no idea though how to make them stop??
Caller from this number left a message saying I must respond to and appear in front of Federal Magistrate for a federal crime. I am so done with these foreigners trying to scam those in our country. This is the second call of this type I have received.
