I had the same exact message. I found this line is VOIP line, so highly doubtful in Seattle. I admit it did sound unnerving. I have no idea though how to make them stop??
Got the same call, male's voice saying I was in trouble and had to get back to them (IRS). Already been advised of this scam. Phone number is Seattle, Washington
