Received one call from this company 6/6 and three calls on 6/7 offering to lower our credit card interest rate. Likewise, we were disconnected when we stayed on the line to complain. We have literally had scores of calls from this company over the last year. We are filing a Do-Not-Call Complain form with our state's attorney general.
Received call from this number --threatening me re credit card -did not say what card company-claiming they would take action re some amount or would advise me how to lower my credit payment re interest being charged so that I could make lower payments-Firstly I owe no one anything-secondly since I am not a well person I have decided to take my cause to a lawyer to sue for false charges by this company along with endangering my fragile health. I have kept the taped threat saved on my phone...I am sick and tired of the crooks and low life who now seem to have the upper hand in threatening our lives. Every one should do like wise. Why are we allowing these crooks and low life to continue their stupid invasion into our private lives? Tell your lawyers he/she can keep the settlement money-just get these people locked up.
RECEIVED TAPPED PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER CLAIMING THEY WERE A CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND UNLESS I PAID THEM THE $3000.00 DOLLARS THEY WOULD TAKE ACTION---UNLESS- I WOULD LISTEN TO THEIR OFFER TO HEAR HOW I COULD GET A LOWER INTEREST RATE AND THEN COULD MAKE LOWER PAYMENTS- THEY NEVER IDENTIFIED THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR REALLY HOW TO EVEN RESPOND TO THEM. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - I AM ELDERLY-IN POOR HEALTH-DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY--I AM GOING TO ASK FOR LEGAL ASSISTANCE FROM A -COMPANY TO SUE THEM -IN EXCHANGE THEY CAN KEEP THE SETTLEMENT---I JUST WANT JUSTICE-I AM SICK OF THESE LOW LIVES GETTING AWAY WITH WHAT I CONSIDER UNLAWFUL HARASSING OF ANYONE-- OLD OR YOUNG -SICK OR HEALTHY. IS THERE ANY ACTION YOU CAN TAKE TO STOP THIS INTRUSION INTO OUR PERSONNEL LIVES????
I say the best thing is to totally ignore them---don't answer, just disconnect the phone, it only encourages them---lawyers probably aren't going to find them anyway. Go online and complain to your Senators and Represantive, and the Federal Comm. Comm.
Didn't recognize number. No caller name. Didn't answer. They didn't leave a message but triggered my voicemail. Bummer. Usually that is an automatic dialer.
