Received one call from this company 6/6 and three calls on 6/7 offering to lower our credit card interest rate. Likewise, we were disconnected when we stayed on the line to complain. We have literally had scores of calls from this company over the last year. We are filing a Do-Not-Call Complain form with our state's attorney general.
These [***] keep calling here, they called this morning under "Lower Interest Rates, they just called now "Financial Ctr." I answered the call thinking it was someone else, someone legit connected to my bank - surprise, they hung up. I've tried to complain to the FCC but get nowhere, on the phone with them or online. Next time Rachel from Credit Card Services Lower Interest Rates calls, just hang up!
206-496-0935 called me at 4:34PM on 06/06/2012. Caller ID said Financial Ctr. The robot call said call was from Card Member Services. The message was that I could get lower interest rates on credit card debt if I had a balance over a certain amount. I am going to report the call to the FCC: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
Call stating from cardmember services. Pressed one for an operator who asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate. I said, no, I'd like you to stop calling, and she disconnected the call.

I've decided that do not call list is a total waste.
I''m going to start reporting all these calls to my congressman and senator. In my report I'll explain I've been the do not call list since it was created. But that the FCC and FTC are absolutely useless, which makes the do not call list useless and demand congressional action.
I think that if everyone who is posting on here does the same that maybe Congress will demand the FCC and FTC get off their collective [***] and enforce the law.
Maybe you should call it back and press 1 to have your number removed before attacking things this site is for abusive calls not for careless people who dont find out who they are first.
Hey, Anon, can't you read? People have called YOUR number back & pressed '1' to be removed, but you KEEP calling! I find it very funny that these numbers that keep calling can be traced down to the address by services offered by companies online. Once you find their address, you know what law enforcement entity has jurisdiction over the address. Then, you can file a police report for harassment against the address.
