Download the "Disconnect Ring Tone" and play it whenever you get a call such as this. Note there is a pause between your picking up your phone before someone answers. This is the computer determining whether it has reached a valid number. If you play the disconnect tone, the computer automatically removes you from their calling directory.
Keep calling saying they are the FBI and there have been break ins in the area. Wants to sell me a security system. Will not take NO for an answer. They need to be stopped.
Am on Do not call list. told this person to take me off their call list and to stop calling, still calling. I have tried to report to the DNL, but when I try to contact them, all I get is these stupid posing sites. I want them to be stopped, not talk about it. Does anyone know who and how to contact the people that claim if you get calls from unwanted tellemarketers, and you are on the list you can file a complaint?
