Same, reported. Robo-call saying to, "Regard this as a final notice" of my IRS debt and that the IRS would be pursuing a lawsuit against me if I didn't call back right away.
I received a similar call from a person with a foreign accent saying he was from the IRS and I was going to have a warrant for my arrest if I did not purchase a tax voucher in cash. I told him I was recording the call so that I could report the scam and he finally hung up on me.
I got a similar call from someone that sounded Indian. I looked up the number while I was talking to them and noticed your messages on the number and also went to the IRS site and a warning about a phone scam. I mentioned this to the caller and told them that I wanted to call IRS directly to get more info and verify things and they hung up.
There is a widespread IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers on both Canadian and USA residents.
USA tax payers should read this:

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.
