Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

They are located in India and Pakistan and as such outside the reach of US Law.  Call blocker might help.

RS does not file lawsuits.  Tax disputes are civil matters.  90% of all IRS tax disputes are settled administratively.  IRS has absolutely no authority to call on local law enforcement for anything. Local law is never involved in IRS tax disputes.   If LE is necessary, US Marshals do the job.  IRS does not cold call anyone and all contacts are initiated by US mail.

Clap-trap.  I'm an Enrolled Agent with the IRS (inactive).  IRS procedures are very long and complicated and any IRS determination of tax liability is always subject to a long appeals process.  Most IRS agents are more than happy to work with the taxpayer to resolve any tax issue.   Nobody likes paying taxes but the procedures are quite fair.  No reason to conflate outright criminals with people in the IRS who are just doing their jobs and I might add, following the law in the process.   I don't like it when April 15 rolls around any more than anyone else.  There's nothing scary about it.  Yeah, nobody likes audits, but if you do your homework and get professional assistance both parties can reach an amicable solution. 90% of all tax disputes are settled administratively.

The Indian accent should be a dead giveaway.
