I got a message claiming something about tax fraud and being arrested. I called back and a women answered with an accent, asked if my phone number was the number called and wanted me to give her my name. I said you called me, I'm not comfortable giving you my personal information over the phone. Her response was calm down ma'am and hung up.

I received a recorded message saying they had received a legal petition regarding tax fraud against me, and if I need to call back before I am arrested.
(209) 683-1344 called today. I did not answer but they left a long message about "fraud legal action filed against me" . It supposedly involved the IRS. I just laughed and erased the call from my answering machine. I received a very similar call this morning from (562) 371-4151. It seems that they are very active calling from different numbers telling the same story.
