I received a call from this number claiming they were from the IRS. I called gave them the number in which they left a message on and then they hung up. I called back and they asked me the same question. Scary, freaked me out. Not sure how to report these scam artists.
"IRS suing you" phone call, as many others have reported here. The number 271-313-0000 was on caller ID. Cross-referencing that number also brings up dozens of IRS scam alerts. Don't call any of these numbers back.
They left a message, robot voice, claiming to be the IRS about to file suit against me. This number they said to call them at wasn't the caller id number. No such area code in the US, no apparent international code either.
