had a call from them today asking me about windows sending error messages i laughed asked him what errors he wanted me to go to my computer i was driving at the time. then asked him what computer software he was talking about and he says windows i laughed again, i don't own windows everything i have is mac and he hung up stupid [***].
I received a call from them today. The stated they were from windows and my computer had sent error messages. I told them my computer had not sent any notifications. I ended the call by telling them i will have my IT department address the issue. These guys are criminals and everyone should be aware of them.
Hey - - If some stranger on the phone told youto go @%$# yourself, wouldn't you get nasty with them in return? You had best call them back, offer your apologies, and ask them to please clean up your computer.
If I was trying to steal personal information about that person I would expect him to tell me exactly where to go. Tell you what, let the nice man clean your copmputer and then come back and tell us what information he has stolen. The simple fact is that anyone who 'phones saying you have computer problems is a 100% gold plated scammer. If in doubt, read the warning on the Microsoft website.
