I have had at least 3 calls from this number. When it appears on my caller ID it says McGraw Hill. I get a heavy accented man who raises his voice to me!!!
I just received this call from an Indian lady (heavy accent) asking me if I had a computer and I said yes and she said I must go turn it on at once so she could help me fix it and I said I can't and she said you must, I said I can't because my grandson has it right now and he is an IT man so he will fix anything that is wrong with it.
(This is not true but it sure stopped her in her tracks) HA HA
Same deal here. I kept asking the woman what company she was from... she kept saying the Computer Technical Dept. Indian speaking woman. Got very nasty with me... I told her I was going to report her, she was harassing me and being rude... she said "you are being rude"! Told her to send me something in the mail. She said why would I send you something... I can answer all your questions.. Very hard to understand, very rude... I finally hung up. She kep insisting I had a serious computer virus and I should log on so she could help
