They call here far too often. We answer and they don't talk. What's up with that??

received at least 20 call from this caller. they hang up on me when I answer. yesterday the call came well after 9.00pm - the cut off time for all calls! I am registered with the National Do Not Call Registry.
I have recieved many cal from them also, Called today and asked to be REMOVED. They stated that the DO NOT CALL list does NOT apply to them.. "We don't sell anything"... Always a loop hole
