A call from this L.A. VOIP number arrived today. When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message. This is typical of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who use automated dialers to place calls.
According to this and other websites, the caller purports to offer a "free" cruise. This is one of many scams desperately seeking to separate victims from their hard-earned money, even on Labor Day!
DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM. DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.
DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS - Get a blocker (Call Blocker Pro or the Ooma Premium internet home phone service). BLOCKED
Reporting to the FCC does NO GOOD - they are beyond overwhelmed with these and robocalling has skyrocketed.
Have prepaid plan 300 units/month which equates to 5 hours/month. These stupid unsolicited calls waste precious minutes because 1 second or 1 second over complete minutes count as full minutes. No message, no company verified. "don't know nutthin'"
