Just got a call from 213-333-3206 claiming the whole "your gonna crash your computer" "using microsoft windows" "sending error reports" stuff. Told him it sounded like a scam and ended the call. Looked up the number and well you know the rest if you are reading this.
just got a call from this number, guy was telling me there is something wrong with my computer, didnt even know my first name, then started telling me he could shut down all my computers, i hung up on him, he called back, I told him to F off and hung up again and he called back, I told him I googled the number he was calling from and I know it is a scam and then he said oh really and hung up on me, stupid [***] [***]
Heavy hindu accent female claiming my "computer was infected and attacking other computers" Was persistent my "windows Computer" was "downloading viruses". Ok if I am attacking the i would be uploading! Couldn't I.D. my version of windows or browser despite being from "Microsoft". Wasn't even aware she was calling a business. Once she found out I wasn't a home puter user she hung up. All kinds of lies just to get info from you and get access to your system. Do not tell anybody on the phone anything about your PC especially these freaks.
I received a call saying my computer was infected. I knew within a short time that this was not a legitimate call. I asked for their number to call them back and the person hung up on me.
I received this also, didn't answer the phone, didn't recognize the phone number, they didn't leave a message. I don't know who it is and I don't care; I don't respond to numbers I don't know and especially those who don't leave a message.
