I keep getting harrasing phone calls from this number a strange man keeps saying hello than hangs up. Please if u see this number dont answer it . It seems like a scam
Here's a good tip. File an OFFICIAL complaint with the US Attorney's Office in Pennsylvania, and in your State, and don't let up on their offices, this is completely your right to do so since these firms/persons are NOT licensed to act as collection agencies in all 50 States. They lost their license in Arizona, and I am certain many others as well. They use many fake phone numbers in different cities/offices they operate out of. Their mode of operation is always the same, they use Thomas Landis Law Firm, or Oxford Law LLC.
DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR PHONE CALLS IN ANY CASE, report all attempts to law enforcement and the Attorney General of your State, and the US Attorneys office and even the FBI. This is an interstate racketeering scam, it falls within the Federal RICO laws.
They call my number looking for a hispanic woman, who I was unfortunately the receiver of her former phone number when I changed my phone number, I never knew her and I can easily prove it, yet they have continued to harrass me telephonically, I'm done trying to be polite, I've tried to straighten them out to no avail for months, now it's call block time.
I'm still going to confirm they are licensed in my State and file a complaint with the US Attorney's office locally.
tired of these phone calls... get them 4 times a week and no one is ever on the other end.
