I keep getting harrasing phone calls from this number a strange man keeps saying hello than hangs up. Please if u see this number dont answer it . It seems like a scam
It would seem that they have hired Ryon Gambill to do business development for them. Yes-the very same Ryon Gambill who used to operate the Marauder Corporation.
So, when you are contacted by these people, you can ask questions like:
1) Did you check Gambill's credit before hiring him? After all, he DID lose his house in foreclosure!
2) Did you check Gambill's criminal history before hiring him? After all he WAS convicted of telephone harassment in California!
3) Did you check Gambill's arrest warrants before hiring him? He HAS an outstanding warrant in Virginia!
4) Did you also hire Ray Wrightsman, who also used to work at Marauder? Wrightsman WAS convicted of domestic violence!
5) Does Oxford Law abuse access to credit reporting databases, like Marauder did?
Send them a debt validation letter, and tell them that if they pursue a lawsuit against you, their relationship with Gambill will be explored in discovery. They'll go away!
