same thing happened to me today. Told them I was at work (I was) yet they kept asking whether I had my personal home computer in front of me, even after I said I didn't. when I asked for the company name, they did tell me, but I couldn't understand what either the rep or supervisor was saying... I told them this, that I couldn't understand their English, but they insisted on repeating it over and over again. They didn't quit even after I asked themt o stop and listen to me, and I asked whether they understood English or not. Asked where they were located, and I think they said "Europe City" or something like that. Hung up on them when they wouldn't quit even after I told them a dozen times that I wasn't interested.
This person said they were from Microsoft and were receiving error messages from my computer. She was trying to get me to open some file. You could tell she was an India Indian this scam has been going on for a long time.

East Indian heavy accented person calling me about my computer, stated he was with technical support. Luckily I got another call earlier and looked on 800notes.com about it and it was the same scammers.. Read this guy the riot act and hung up on him. Caller ID did state it was Bensalem, PA
