same thing happened to me today. Told them I was at work (I was) yet they kept asking whether I had my personal home computer in front of me, even after I said I didn't. when I asked for the company name, they did tell me, but I couldn't understand what either the rep or supervisor was saying... I told them this, that I couldn't understand their English, but they insisted on repeating it over and over again. They didn't quit even after I asked themt o stop and listen to me, and I asked whether they understood English or not. Asked where they were located, and I think they said "Europe City" or something like that. Hung up on them when they wouldn't quit even after I told them a dozen times that I wasn't interested.
Received call today. I told them I got a brand new computer yesterday and it was perfectly fine! But kept being persistant about getting into the computer. idiots
Received a call from them yesterday at 8:32am. Same as all of the others above. CallerID said Bensalem, Pennsylvania. I asked him where he was calling from, and he said Salt Lake City, "Ooo-Taw". Same crap about my computer sending messages. I hung up.
They called AGAIN this morning. Same number, same spiel. However, this time they called at 6:32am.
I have blocked the number, but they are still getting through.
This company called me at 8:20 am on my home number. I am registered for do not call. I did not answer and no message was left on my voice mail but an unpleasant beep.
"David Parker". With heavy, India Indian speech called. I said I doubted his name was David Parker. He continued to tell me he was from Microsoft and that my Windows Computer had a virus. I told him to never call again and said I knew he was a hacker. I hung up. The call was routed through Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
