Called my cell Friday 8/23 & just now. Hangs up when it goes to voice mail. No message. Other callers on the 800 number site says it's folks calling with the "Microsoft your computer notified us of a problem - we're going to help you - let us log-in remotely and" (do whatever we want) scam.
Next time this loser calls, I'm going to ask him to hold on a second so I can sit down, get a glass of water, whatever. Then I'm going to walk away or leave the house and let him hold indefinitely.
very nice service from this people any time they are available. i dont know about others but my system is great. spoke to neil tech. trust worthy people.
man w/heavy middle east acctent claiming to be from Microsoft tech support claiming my computer contacted them about dangerous software that had been downloaded to my computer. when I asked where he was he said austin, tx. I asked why he was calling from an Indiana phone number if he was in texas? he started again talking about my computer contacted them. I called him a liar and a thief and when I hung up on him he was still talking. a few seconds later I tried to make a call and he still had my line grabbed and was still talking. that happened 2 more times befor he release the line.
