thanks for posting the DNC number. I just called and entered my number to not be called. I'm sure this will work. I had been asked if I would take a survey when I spoke to someone at BofA a couple months ago. Maritz has called many times, which I mostly ignore - or if I pick up the phone it's just not convenient to do the survey at that moment. I'm now tired of their evening calls so I'm glad to have come across the number to get me off the list.
I want more information on this number and who is trying to get my account information. I call the bank and they said that they have no one to report phone calls to only online scams. These people call us @ 2:28 AM.,3:30 Am... How do i stop these calls?
Whenever I receive calls I can't identify I google the number to see if anyone else has complained about calls from the same number. If so, I use the aquired info from my caller Id and google search to formulate a complaint to the National Do Not Call Registry (www.donotcall.gov). So far it has worked everytime.
P.S. - Never give a unknown caller your phone number to be taken of thier list; its a sure fire way to get it placed on another.
I have been getting calls from this number for the past week. I have not answered them because I didn't recognize the number and the first couple of times I was on the other line. The last time it happened, I decided to look up the number on line and I found this list of complaints. Calls have been coming in form 3:30pm - 5:30pm and this includes Saturday and Sunday.
