This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by not having an operator on the line when the phone is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. This scammer's recording tells you that this is your second (false, they call much more than that) and final (also false, as they keep calling) notice to lower your interest and payments on your credit card debt. They further violate the TCPA by refusing to provide a phone number or physical address when asked, demonstrating that this is a scam, if the recording hadn't made that absolutely clear. Do not provide this scammer any personal or financial information.
These people have been calling me for 3 years now lol. I block most of the numbers but I always talk to them when they manage to reach me from another spoofed number and I always make the caller feel terrible. No joke, I will give anyone $1000 if they can locate one of these scam centers. In order to receive the full payment you must get me in front of the building and access where I can hear them asking "do you have more than $4000 in credit card debt?". You might end up being an accessory to a crime because I am going to go in there and break every piece of equipment and every face I see.
Just received a call from these folks and I actually tried to talk to one of them pretending I had lots of debt and looking for ways to reduce it. The caller immediately told me I was f**ked and asked me to hang myself with a rope. Then he proceeded to berate me in Spanish.
I've had all those scammer numbers listed above call me. You can tell just by looking at the numbers who they are. It will be a very, very long time before those of us on the "Do Not Call List" will see anything done about these calls. They are not easy to track down since many of them are not called within the USA. My advice, go to Amazon.com and get a PRO-CALL BLOCKER,
it blocks over 1,000 numbers, this last number I just blocked made 136. When I get calls I don't know, I pick up and hang up, that's what the Blocker sounds like to someone trying to call, I blocked my son by accident, that's how I know. Then I check for complaints on this site before blocking the number.
There's something I've learned as I read these blogs, and I will pass it on to those who like to mess around with these people, have some fun just to get back at them, and for those thinking about messing with them, DON'T DO IT !!!!!!
They will spoof your number and use it to call people and piss them off, and when these pissed off people start calling, you will be the one getting some very nasty calls, lot's of them.
Caller ID says consumer services - get the same caller ID from 240-215-3310 - so, I forwarded each number to the other number to stop them from calling me

message about lowering your credit card interest .....press 1 to talk to rep or 9 to be removed.
pressed 1 and a female came on the line and asked me, "Are you responding to lowering your interest?"
Told her "That is not what I want to lower baby !"
I then started the SCAMMER AIR HORN at full blast.
She disappeared quickly back under the rock she crawled out from !!!
