Yep. I had the exact same experience just now. It showed up "diverted call" on my caller ID. I let vm pick it up & it left the same recorded message. I've not applied for any sort of loan at all.
Today I received a recorded message about my loan with www.qpayday.com had been approved and was told to go to the website and enter code that was left to get my money. Never applied for a loan thru www.qpayday.com. Phone number comes up from TEXAS.
he said his name was jonathan night from irs he wanted to audit me i called back and asked him where was located and he hung up on me i called again and there a recording saying the number was disconnected.
