Yep. I had the exact same experience just now. It showed up "diverted call" on my caller ID. I let vm pick it up & it left the same recorded message. I've not applied for any sort of loan at all.
I repeatedly get calls from 281-786-4015 claiming I have been approved for up to $1000 loan. They tell me to go to www.qpay.com and enter approval code 1123. I have tried to call them back and get the message the number does not exist, even though I am doing auto redail from my caller ID. When I attempt to go to qpay.com, the webpage cannot be found.
Sounded really excited about giving me a loan that I did not apply for. I did not apply for any loan on any site, so I'm not sure how my number came up for a robo call. This has got to be a scam.
I'm getting this exact same call but from numerous different numbers. I block one and the same call comes via another number, too many to count at present. Always the same recorded message. I have not and would never want a payday loan. Too many calls daily to count from a multitude of different numbers but always the same voice recording.
I received a call from 281-786-4015. Caller id said 'Houston TX'. I never answer calls from numbers I don't know. This is the message they left.

I have never in my life applied for a pay day loan. These people are apparently fishing for customers...
