Yep. I had the exact same experience just now. It showed up "diverted call" on my caller ID. I let vm pick it up & it left the same recorded message. I've not applied for any sort of loan at all.
This is a payday loan scam like everyone else mentioned. These idiots will not stop and even calling people that work for the us attorney. What idiots, you are not going to scam anyone out of any money over here; so please stop wasting your time.
