I received a call from this number -- rep said he was from Birch Communications. Tried to say my boss entered into a contract with his company.... when I advised him we were in a contract with AT & T -- he said we would have to pay all the fines and charges for not fulfilling the contract my boss supposedly entered into with them [he did not]. When I told the Birch Communications rep I was going to call AT&T to look into this matter -- he said he would do us a favor by cancelling the alleged new account and all the back charges due. Then he quickly hung up!
Today being Wednesday, 9-10 as I am at my office job, I have received two calls from 302-257-5673. Both before 12:30 pm. Their number comes up on our caller I.D. and when I answered, both times no one was there. Why bother calling if you are not going to speak or state your case. I will see how many more times they call before my work day ends at 4:30 pm. How bothersome is this.
called representing AT&T but really wanted me to change my service. Lied about their service Said he was Marcel Joseph. He had apparently gotten a hold of my AT&T phone bill. Calling AT&T on monday to inform them of this.
