Called and wanted to know the make and year of my latest vehicle I told them it was a 1990 Toyota (I never owned a Toyota) and they wanted to extend the warranty on it what a scam !!!!!
I told them I was not interested but had a friend that was looking to extend theirs Mike Cox and gave them his phone number he is the attorney general for the State of Michigan.
I hope they call them!!!!!
Just received a call from 305-408-6643 saying the warranty on my car was going to expire and to press "1" to speak with someone so I did and when the man answered I told him to remove me from the list, I don't even own a car and haven't in over 10 years. He hung up. Funny thing is, earlier this morning I got a call from 310-485-8984 and I swear it was the same recording, I just hung up though. Is this some sort of scam?
Same thing - we are on the do not call list, but this 3054086643 calls from florida. It was a car warranty scam. when I asked what company, they hang up.
