Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
Hilarious, they called my work phone and left a voicemail saying they were leaving a message for "______" (complete silence) then gave me this phone number and case number. I get a lot of spam / scam phone calls to my work phone for some reason even though I have never given it out.
They left a message stating that I have to The claims on me and want me to call them back to verify my place of employment and my home address they also called my brother which I don't even know how they got my phone number.
They called demanding payment but did not state where I owed money; realized no one can sue you without providing written notice that you receive by first class or certified mail. I don't owe anyone, so knew this was a total scam.
These jerks seem to be calling my family all over the country the harass them about some bogus payday loan. (Never taken payday loan in my life) I don't know why they can find phones numbers for everyone but me even though I have called and given it to them so I can personally tell them where to stick it. Has anyone successfully sued these a-holes?
