Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
You need to get a new lawyer. They weren't "crossing lines" they completely crossed them and you lost out on suing them. If they are calling again, you should get yourself a decent lawyer and sue them this time, along with your cousin.
Same message here. Everything that would have a specific detail like my name, case #, etc. is blanked out. So there is no specific information about me. They just want to you call back and then they can try to scam you into giving up personal information.
