Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
same thing - said to call on case 93898 - i wonder if the case # changes or if its always the same. They can sue you out of the state you live in folks.
This is a scam. Do not call back, these people have been calling me in what seems to be a legal matter, asking for money from a loan in 2012. I ask them to send me information in writing and they will not do it. I also check with my bank and they do not show of any loan deposit made for the amount they claim on my account.
