Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.

On December 28, 2016 I received yet another of a series of unknown calls from whom I expect are scam telemarketers or scam collection agencies. However, this time the call consisted of intimidation, fear tactics, harassment and threatened legal prosecution unless I met their demands for information about a third party. The caller provided no information pertaining to the neither purpose nor intent of the call much less no information identifying the source of the call.
Call came from 276-262-1723 however in the body of the message stated 307-206-4539. Message stated: I received an order ...my office today to complete...order...process for several pending matters that you're currently being investigated for I won't be there find your current address and also your place of employment today and that ........it is your responsibility and also your legal right to........your......being served their number is area code 307-206-4539 make reference to case number........to comply wont' result in forfeiture......right to see this matter and complaint will be filed against you....your local county please you consider this your official notification....
The only problem is that I have no knowledge of what this so-called out-of-state complaint consists of. I have neither any existing uncollected outstanding debts nor no other unpaid obligations---thus, it is reasonable for me to believe that the call I received was meant as harassment and intimidation for reasons unknown to me.
That said, it will be my intent to once again report this incident to the Feds (i.e. FCC, Federal Consumer Protection Bureau, etc.) for immediate investigation and prosecution. *GO TO FCC WEBSITE TO FILE COMPLAINT)
I now request (demand) that the FCC immediately intervenes to locate, indict and prosecute these scam-callers. At the same time I will attempt to identify, locate and personally take legal and personal actions to “eliminate and terminate” the caller to prevent similar illegal actions on their part in future.
The number called me also but it actually gave me a name of the company "Compliance Management Solutions" which seems to be real but with a different area code than the actually business. It also gave me a case number "104302" but didn't state a name. Thanks to you I am not going to fall for this SCAM!
Called the number back and they stated I am being sued for 3 payday loans. They stated the last payment was taken out of my bank account on 4-26-12 and then stopped. I haven't had this account for more than 10 years. They also said an old address which I haven't lived in for over 12 years. I advised them all loans where taken care of in Bankruptcy. They send fine they would mark the account and proceed to sue me and hung up quickly. This is a scam.
SCAM!! I get them everyday and it can be from multiple numbers, I have my number registered on the National do not call registry and I did report it to them. Next time they call they will be told they have been reported to the PA Attorney General, that usually stops it for awhile any how.
