I received this hang up 11:50 am cst , but we have another phone that does not have ID on it and have gotten SEVERAL calls where they ask your name, and then go on to say there is a problem with our computer or microsoft something or other.... usually a foreign accent. Yesterday my husband gave me the phone and said it was for ME.... didnt know WHY he didnt say WHO it was...it was because it was one of those idiots, AGAIN, as soon as he said the same old thing again, I said remove us from your calling list, and he said to me SHUT UP! I said shut up back and he did it back to me ! ! ! HOW IGNORANT AND RUDE! next time we will say please hold so I can have my wife/husband help you.... and then just leave the phone off the hook.... I BELIEVE this would keep them from making another call till we hung up on our end ? ? ? maybe I am wrong...all in all I / WE are sick of this stuff ! thanks for posting all the comments from folks like us. Apppreciate it !
Received call from this number. Man with foreign accent told me there was a virus detected on my phone. When I told him I knew it was a scam he argued, "Oh, no this is scam." I hung up on him. This stuff makes me so angry!
Recieved a call from a man with an Indian accent. He was talking really fast and it was noisy in the background, I could barely understand him. He told me he was with "Microsoft Windows Technical Support" (I think), Technical Support was about all I could understand. I told him I was confused because I didn't request any Tech Support and he quickly got off the phone with me. When I went to call the number back, it won't go through and hangs up my phone. SCAM!!!
Just received a call from them claiming they were Microsoft technical support. They asked for a person I had never heard of and hung up when I said they had the wrong number.
