I received this hang up 11:50 am cst , but we have another phone that does not have ID on it and have gotten SEVERAL calls where they ask your name, and then go on to say there is a problem with our computer or microsoft something or other.... usually a foreign accent. Yesterday my husband gave me the phone and said it was for ME.... didnt know WHY he didnt say WHO it was...it was because it was one of those idiots, AGAIN, as soon as he said the same old thing again, I said remove us from your calling list, and he said to me SHUT UP! I said shut up back and he did it back to me ! ! ! HOW IGNORANT AND RUDE! next time we will say please hold so I can have my wife/husband help you.... and then just leave the phone off the hook.... I BELIEVE this would keep them from making another call till we hung up on our end ? ? ? maybe I am wrong...all in all I / WE are sick of this stuff ! thanks for posting all the comments from folks like us. Received a call from 310-356-9110 today - hung up as soon as I said I had an unpublished number and on the do not call list. Windows Technical Support my butt!
Today 01/06/2016 I got a call this number 310-356-9110 EL SEGUNDO CA . The subject said he work for Microsoft he received some type of error in my computer so he call to fix it . He told me to open window I told him if I open window cold air will come to my room then he said not home window computer window so I told him computer have no window just LED screen .He got mad and said M F**K so it conformed he does not work for Microsoft because Microsoft have smart people not spam people so do not talk to any one who said to fix your computer.
I have been getting numerous calls from this number. Usually, it just disconnects. Today, a guy came on who had my name (bad connection, lots of interference) and he stated he was with 'Windows' and wanted to fix my system. I asked for the exact name of his company and supervisor and he hung up.
Just got a call from a man with an Indian accent. He told me there were numerous errors coming up on my Windows computer. He knew my name. I told him we only own Macs, and he immediately hung up on me. Did some other research, and these guys are no good!!
