What a bunch of fink-o-sauruses! If they WERE legit, they'd call during regular business hours! BLOCKED these idiots. They had the gall to call on 5/22/17 @ 8:19 PM CT! Seriously??? Jerk$
Can't believe after reading the above posts, that I received a call from this scammer. I answered the phone, but no one was on the call..or they didn't answer. Guess they're running out of people to scam downstate.
Calls my work number daily. Never says anything. Thought it was a "heavy breather" who likes the sound of my voice. They never say anything. I often pick up the phone and sit it down on my desk. Eventually they hang up!

For some reason, I chose to answer this frequent call which I usually ignore. A woman with a strong foreign accent (and a 'bad' phone connection and background noise of other operators also making calls) told me of a 'new' law that protects consumer rates. That made me think she was from a watchdog organization so I decided to listen further. She then verified info she had: my zip code, then my house address, then my home owner name (which was my son's name - last time I looked he wasn't paying our mortgage!). I was already wishing I was the type of person who hangs up on these types of calls, when she asked to 'verify' my POC number on my gas bill and said she would wait while I got it. When I asked HER to tell me this number so that I could verify that she had the right number she passed me to her 'superviser' (after lots of hand to hand phone passing noise!) whose accent was 'coincidently' the exact same as hers except that he was male. The 'connection' got worse and worse and eventually it seemed we were disconnected. Oh but, he called right back. I picked up and hung up without bothering to continue this little game. I hate these calls; whether I pick up or not, I'm left with an uneasy feeling of vulnerability, of 'we'll get you eventually'
