I know this is a SCAM. The call comes from the Detroit area which is 100+ miles away from me. Plus DTE does NOT supply my gas and electricity. Thank God for my Call Blocker.
This number called the office this morning. The caller sounded like a female in a busy boiler room operation. She wanted to speak to someone about our Consumer Gas bill. I decided to have fun and I told her we didn't have gas service. This obviously disrupted her script as she paused for a moment before apologizing and hanging up.
