Called me and I foolishly gave them info on my card, then called my card company to stop my card and issue another, just had a feeling that they were not on the level. Then discovered all these comments, glad I stopped my card!!
"Cardmember Services" (no company specified). Recorded message about lowering rates on credit cards; pushed 9 to talk to operator. "Brittany" hung up on me when I asked to remove my phone number from the list.
I received a call from this number.....I pressed 9 to be connected to a operator once connected a guy answered. I asked to be removed from their call list and the guy replied they did not have a call list. After asking once again to be removed the guy responded saying we don't have a call list but we do have a Co$$ sucker list. He then went on to ask me if I would like the CO## removed from my mouth. This is not a ligit. company. I would refrain from doing business with this company!
Holy SH*T Jamie! Unbelievable! They basically told us the same thing, that we would have to unplug our phone to get the calls to stop. We are getting calls on our land line and cell phones. Unable to call the number back. Registered complaint with the NCR, but....
