Called me and I foolishly gave them info on my card, then called my card company to stop my card and issue another, just had a feeling that they were not on the level. Then discovered all these comments, glad I stopped my card!!
I keep getting calls from them and when I pressed 9 and got a guy on the phone, I asked him to quit calling me and he called me a C*nt, and proceeded to say the nastiest vile things. He then said "who you gonna report me to, and then called me by name. I'm going to find out who this person is.
Getting call on land line and cell...cannot call number back. last person we spoke with to tell them to take us off their list , a "supervisor" told us we'd have to unplug our phone.....reported to NCR....
Automated call about lowering my credit card claimed to be from my card services. I pushed 9 expecting to talk with my credit union. The guy wanted my information but I would not give it. He said he had my account in front of him but that he needed to verify it was me. He told me my card holder had given them all my account information. I did not give any information. The guy then said he was passing me to a supervisor but before he tried to connect me he called me a "f***king a**hole". I hung up.
Received call: no message and unable to call back. Probably the lowering credit card interest rate scam that has been calling daily. Reporting these companies to the FTC helped for about six months, probably it's time again.
This is a scummy guy trying to scam people out of their credit card information. I just got the call from that number and first off my caller id showed it as a "Cell Phone number" from Florida (FIRST RED FLAG). When I pressed 9 on my phone in regards to lowering my credit card interest rate his first question was "do I have over 4000 dollars in credit card dept?". My reply was NO! After that he just hung up on me Bamm!!! Guess he thought my line of credit wasn't high enough to be worth his trouble in scamming me...lol. WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!!! This is a SCUMMY SCAMMER out for your money.
