What they need to realize is i went to an attorney and they are al;l above agaisnt the law. If they kkep it up and the phone harrassement keeps going we all have a big law suite onthem and we can all have a free vehicle by them The joke will be on them HAHAHA. Keep track of all calls where when and whom get all numbers used. I guarentee they all link to weslake and they will be in trouble. It only takes one time to tell them NOT TO CALL YOU at home , work and ect. any number. And legally they cant. there is the mail then its in writing.
I answered the call and it's from Westlake Financial. I haven't paid my car payment. She(Stacey-operator) gave me a mean as fcuk attitude while asking for my payment, so beware guys.
Same as above call from westlake regarding payment but I had made a half payment and planed to make the rest 3 days later when i got payed but that was not good enough, the indian guy said i will be charged 8.50 a day in late charges. I asked how much in fees i had already he said 16.00 now my payment is due on the 9th and it is the 18th idk how he got 16.00 so thats how i knew he was lying about the 8.50 a day, then i said well they told me its 10 days from due date b4 i receive a late charge he goes on 2 say no thats not true and would not put a manager on the phone. I called back and was told there is no 8.50 a day charge and I actually do have 10 days b4 being charged.

My car payment was due yesterday. They are calling today ~ what happened to the 10 day grace period? 3 more payments and I'm done! I will never finance through them again.
