You are right all above bu8t the callers are all working for weslake and are all doing what they need to do to scare tactic us all. What they need to realize is i went to an attorney and they are al;l above agaisnt the law. If they kkep it up and the phone harrassement keeps going we all have a big law suite onthem and we can all have a free vehicle by them The joke will be on them HAHAHA. Keep track of all calls where when and whom get all numbers used. I guarentee they all link to weslake and they will be in trouble. It only takes one time to tell them NOT TO CALL YOU at home , work and ect. any number. And legally they cant. there is the mail then its in writing.
Yes, they called very rudely, and evasive, fishing for information at the same time. I got paraniod because of them not leaving any message either. I thought it was my Moms work, that is how I found this site. We do have a loan with Westlake Financial too. Why would they cunduct their selves like children on the phone?
I am getting phone calls from this number on my phone starting on the 3rd of November 2009, and my Car payment is not due tell the 8th of November 2009, i wish they would leave me alone i think this would be considered this harassment
These guys have called my work cell rwice a day for the past week asking for someone else. I've tried to explain that they have the wrong number please don't call back and they just hang up on me.
I dont have an auto loan with Westlake but I recently found a relative does. And they refuse to stop calling me and its an automated service not to mention when you do get a live [***] they are just that.
