You are right all above bu8t the callers are all working for weslake and are all doing what they need to do to scare tactic us all. What they need to realize is i went to an attorney and they are al;l above agaisnt the law. If they kkep it up and the phone harrassement keeps going we all have a big law suite onthem and we can all have a free vehicle by them The joke will be on them HAHAHA. Keep track of all calls where when and whom get all numbers used. I guarentee they all link to weslake and they will be in trouble. It only takes one time to tell them NOT TO CALL YOU at home , work and ect. any number. And legally they cant. there is the mail then its in writing.
They are the most rude financial co. i have ever delt with. my car was in an accident and the insurance co had marked it as a loss, west lake said they had a shop to fix it and the car was never the same i told them that i was not going to pay them another penny until the car was fixed as to it was before the accident, now they are calling me about 7 times a day leaving rude threating messages all day long!!!!!!! Worst customer service i have ever had in my life i hope that they go under!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Same thing. When I answered a heard a guy talking in the backgroung for about 2 seconds then they hung up, called back and number was "not in service" ANNOYING
Yes, it is Westlake and they are very disrespectful when calling for a payment. Over all the customer service is horrible. No one in the company seems to car that there $8.00 an hour employees talk to the people that pay loans like they are little dogs learning how to sit. I am a dealer that uses them so, this is all truth!
