You are right all above bu8t the callers are all working for weslake and are all doing what they need to do to scare tactic us all. What they need to realize is i went to an attorney and they are al;l above agaisnt the law. If they kkep it up and the phone harrassement keeps going we all have a big law suite onthem and we can all have a free vehicle by them The joke will be on them HAHAHA. Keep track of all calls where when and whom get all numbers used. I guarentee they all link to weslake and they will be in trouble. It only takes one time to tell them NOT TO CALL YOU at home , work and ect. any number. And legally they cant. there is the mail then its in writing.
I'm not late or anything. In fact, I've made my payments early and usually $100 more than required and these idiots still call me with stupid threats. And for what, I have no idea? Any dealers out there who read this, If You use Westlake, You should seriously consider dropping them. I hate this crap!
Also have been getting calls from this # and have received the same experiences all you have complained about... I do have a loan with westlake but am current. Usually, when its a ligit reason for them to be calling it comes from an 866 # and they are very proffesional I'm thinking this is a totally different department they have set up just to annoy their customers so that they will want to pay off their loans but they still make their money! There has to be something we can do about this exspecially since there are so many people experiencing the same issues!!!
