You are right all above bu8t the callers are all working for weslake and are all doing what they need to do to scare tactic us all. What they need to realize is i went to an attorney and they are al;l above agaisnt the law. If they kkep it up and the phone harrassement keeps going we all have a big law suite onthem and we can all have a free vehicle by them The joke will be on them HAHAHA. Keep track of all calls where when and whom get all numbers used. I guarentee they all link to weslake and they will be in trouble. It only takes one time to tell them NOT TO CALL YOU at home , work and ect. any number. And legally they cant. there is the mail then its in writing.
get a call from west lake, i do have a loan from them, and am current on it now, i was late once like two months ago, and since then about every two days i get some calls from that number, after i had payed it, i called the customer service number on my bill and asked them to stop calling me, since it is taken care of, but if i answer this number they say that this it the first time i had talked to someone...that happened twice in a day once, it is very, very annoying when they call me at work, and asked my boss if i had been in recently, because it was, according to there records, two months since they had heard from me...they said that the afternoon I had called the customer service line!
My daughter bought a car financed by Westlake. Then she lost her job and fell behind in payments. Now they call nearly every day, once or twice a day. Occasionally, when I answer the phone, I get two or three minutes of weird music before they hang up. The one which really perturbs me is "Your call is very important to us. Please hang on." Again and again, then they hang up. They also use 800-641-6700; 866-600-5449; 800-957-5082; 877-566-9192; 888-739-9192. I know that people need jobs, but this seems like the bottom of the barrel.
