i got a call from the same number Mr John said we are receiving error and warning from your computer i did't
believe him but when he said let me show once ,then you would be able to believe me ,, i thought lets see
them he show me each and everything which he was talking about and then he fixed my computer ,,and he told his company name so they are good ,,
I hope you formatted your hard drive and reinstalled your operating system after letting them "fix" your computer by infecting it.

Tamianth,I know all about this .All scams that are going on now-a-days.And I also aware many of my friends and clients towards this. But I don't have a single doubt on IRED and their tech-persons(whom i know) , as my friend visit their head office in New York on my behalf and we have all information about IRED and its working.My friend is using their services on his 41 office systems(including computers and laptops) in Maspeth, Ridge-wood and I am getting their services on 62 systems of mine in Michigan and both of us spend around $5968($2125 + $3843).
All systems are working fine.So I can't say what type of scammers they are if they were.
But still thanks to you , for your comment and links that you mention to us.
Got a same phone-call from some tech support , who want to fix my desktop as soon as possible.I don't know anything about my desktop problems as I used it for gaming purposes only..................
They told me about all wrong things happened to my desktop and helped me out.They take somewhat around 1 day and 6 hours to fix it and charge me $313 for their work,now my computer is in good stage , my games are loading faster then before and they also upgrade my desktop..........
They save their info. with my icons and leave their callback number 3473050007 and some name like ired online and help support............
I don't know anything about them and I am not interested as they help in what i am asking from my son to do from last 2 months.........................
Common scam coming out of India. They want to take control of your computer and charge to you to "fix" a nonexistent problem. They also want to get your personal financial information. Don't talk to them. Don't answer their calls.
Son , if they were scammers or whatever let it be.My desktop is working fine and thats only thing i want.
They don't have any of mine banking details as I live in New York and I make all the payments through cash.I have all the billing details with me for the transaction made.They , gave me new windows as well name as windows 8 which is not a non-existent stuff.Still I say I am not interested whosoever they are !!!!
IRED is not a scam company.I am 82 years old and I am using their services from last 6 years.
I spend $313 , to get their services on 26-03-2008(wednesday at 3.32 pm).
Everytime when I need some help regarding my laptop , they always help me.
My local tech-person charged me $60 everytime as his fees when i need some help , but IRED's tech-persons never charged that amount from me.That's Why -- I choose IRED Co. .
