they called me today saying that i got a $8000 loan from us cash and that they needed my attorneys info. they also let me know i had court thursday and that the "judicial police" would come to my house monday and take me to jail until then. i hung up and then called them back to ask what the name of their office was and the man told me ATTORNEY & LEGAL SERVICES and i asked for an address and he told me he was tired of giving out the address to people like me and to have my lawyer call...they left 2 very rude voicemails on my phone also...i called back again and they couldnt tell me anything about us cash except that they didnt have a website although i recieved an "online" payday loan from them.hilarious.
They called me today as well. The man's name was Daniel Black (Indian/middle eastern accent), left a message and said it was time sensitive. So I called them back and some woman answered the phone. She only said Attorney and Legal something or other. I asked for Daniel, and she wouldn't put me thru to him. She kept saying I would be arrested on Monday (6/13/2011 I'm assuming because she never gave the date) at my job. She also kept saying I would owe over 5k in legal fees. But she was getting irritated at me for asking questions because she kept saying my bank was First DataBank. I looked that up, and First DataBank is a RX company in South San Francisco. Also, she said the proceedings started in March of 2011. And I supposedly took a payday loan from US Cash and never paid it back. The only loans I have are student and car loans. In the end, she hung up on me. But the police even say it is a scam because if I were to be arrested, it would be in the police file. And there was no file! They told me it was a scam as well but can't really do anything about it.
Hello April, so i got your reply to my post, i have recently seen a segment on channel 10 news last night 6-9-2011 and explained to them what has been happening to me with these scam people, so they are going to call me back for a T.V. news follow- up. i think that is way cool only cause some folks actually fall for this and send them the money they ask for, so i believe this has to come to a end these people need to STOP AND GO RIGHT TO JAIL!!!!. if you totally agree reply to this message and STOP this terrible scam for everyone.....
